This whole set of machine is use PP (polypropylene) as raw material spin FDY(full drawing yarn). One positions and eight ends per position which can make high output per day, two levels drawing section can get up to 3-4G/d intensity. The auto-filter can switch without shut down the machine, not effect production. Enlarge lateral blowing length to save air conditioner will save more cost than competition. Before winding, there are intermingling to make nod of yarn, winders are automatic to save material and save workers.
