MS9B Slurry Sealing Machine of modified Emulsion is an international advanced slurry sealing equipment, designed and manufactured after absorbing international advance technology by CCCC Xi an Road Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. This machine is mainly for Microsurfacing construction on prevention and maintenance project of high grade road, also for slurry sealing and modified slurry sealing, filling of road track and the mixing of cold materials. Technical Features:
1. Aggregates System:
Aggregate Hopper: side parietal with 45 degree, back parietal with 45 degree; reinforced roof, the flexible rubber sealing design between the hopper and the belt conveyer.
(1). Vibrator: An DC Vibrator located in the central section of the hopper.
(2). Measuring: Easily reading of calculator and lock device, Counter.
2. Water System
(1).Water tank: The double welds the Cape of convex side, coping to observe the bore, liquid lever meter, special fiberglass for inside embalmment
(2).Pipelines: Anticorrosive pipelines, valve and accessories, replaceable filter core.
(3).The control calculates: Electromagnetism valve on control desk, Counting valve, digital flow meter.
(4).Pumps: The high speed, high volume centrifugal pump.
(5).Spray pipelines: open/close Operate by control desk; adjustable valve, whole breadth spray by truck.
(6).Flexible hose: Two pistol lances with 10 meters tube for each, One high pressure sprayer with 10 meters tube, and all located in both side of the control desk.
3. Bitumen Emulsion System
(1).Bitumen Tank: The double welds the Cape of convex side, top watching hole, side cleaning hole and liquid level meter.
(2).Pump: Variable deliver pump. Low speed revolving, big capacity and have the special clearance to prevent the emulsion bitumen be destroyed. Have the function to add the emulsion bitumen.
(3).Direction control: Air three-way valves operate on the control desk, and open/close postpone adjustably.
(4). Measuring: Variable deliver pump locked the digital flow meter to calculate raw material supply.
(5).Pipelines cleaning: Washing the pipelines by water or diesel oil to guarantee the piping without obstruction, and cleanup the dregs.
4. Filler & fiber system
(1).Filler silo: The wide angle incline side, suspend mixer and cleaning door.
(2).Feeder system: Continuous auger conveyer, close/ open and reversed operation, two silos can feed the materials independence.
(3).Measuring: The speed of the screw conveyer could be control through control desk. calculator.
5. Additive system
(1).Additive tank: the stainless steel tank 250L
(2).Injection pump: Stainless steel
(3).Measuring monitor: Operate the flow meter on control desk to adjust the speed of the pump.
(4).Additive supply: The additive entered into water supply system before into the mixing box
5. Measuring and monitor
(1).Calculation: All raw material supply connected to a common shift axis. Insure to calculate the speed of raw material supply continuous.
(2).Monitor: All counters can return to zero position.
6. Mixing system
(1).Mixing box: The anti- wear mixer body (Material of cover and body is 16Mn), reversed double shaft mixing, easy replacing hot sputtering adjustable angle carbon tungsten vane, high-strength bolt connect with special blocking nut. The cover and the body come into being cylindraceous, no dead angle, Hydraulic motor drive, synchronously gear for guarantee the speed of the axis are same. The cover control by hydraulic.
(2).Conveyer: Operate through hydraulic. Allow supply the slurry to the spread box from right, middle and left side.
6. Engine
