Three-high vacuum tubespatent tubes pioneers a new era of solar-thermal utilization.
All glass vacuum tubes are the key components of solar collectors and solar water heaters. The outer surface of the inner tube is coated with a spattered selective surface. The vacuum layer between the outer tube and inner tube is evacuated to virtually eliminate heat loss by conduction and convection. Haoguang vacuum tubes are produced according to the patent technology from Sydney University exclusively licensed to our company.

A. Vacuum tubes of 2.10m: 3-hi tubes are coated with the patented interferential coating technology, achieving the absorptance of 96%, which is 12% higher than the common tubes, and lower emissivity of 4%. The vacuum degree is 5×10-4, 100 times lower that the common tubes, thus its insulation will be better.
B. Insulation in tanks: insulation is produced by one-off foaming at constant temperature and in high pressure; the tank, when processed with high-temperature ripening, will get the evener foaming and better insulation efficiency. The inner tank is made of SUS304, the contents of Chromium and Nickel in which are very high to resist corrosion effectively. Besides, the auto. argon arch welding will extend the lifespan of the tank.
C. Supports: Made of galvanized sheet, the supports are processed with 14 steps, such as degreasing, phosphorescing, electrostatic spraying, high-temperature ripening, etc, to ensure the stability and anti-corrosion of them.
D. The entireSEDauxiliary heating system has passed the China Compulsory Certificate. It adopts protection of electric leakage, and two steps to protect from overheat(stop by temperature controller at 70°C, and by breaker at 110°C). The electric booster, made of Incoloy 800, is excellent in anti-corrosion and dry burning.
E. Impulse sensor: The pole type impulse sensor (patent number: 200420084034.5 ), made of SUS316L totally and adopted the principle of impulse scanning of the water level, can sense the temperature and water level accurately, preventing the problem of scaling and water leakage caused by traditional rubber sensors.
F. Intelligentized systems can be chosen to realize auto. control of hot water consumption.
