1.Features for fuel type

1) The full-automation and setting machine which integrates steam ,wet-spray,heating-setting and drying can be used as the substitute of traditional boiler setting mode.

2) Combining wet-injection,setting and drying, available regulate the time as you want, besides, keep hot circulate inside working chamber so that the temperature inside can be stable with less heat loss, thus, the energy consumption can be reduced obviously

3) It will only take 8-10min to finish setting with about 2.5kg diesel oil consumption per hour, If the unit price is 6.8yuan/kg ,the total cost is just 17yuan,and if the working efficiency of setting is 3500 paris of socks per hour, the setting cost per pair is just 0.5Yuan.
