Producing process
Raw material→ washing and peeking→slicing → blanching→blowing→shaking water→ frying→
de-oiling→ conveyor→ flavor mixing→cooling→ packing
1.feeding, washing, peeling machine

2.the cutting machine

for blanching. In the blanching machine there is valves, convenient to change water
3.Blow leaching, frying
Blow leaching adopt the wind blow the water on the surface of the potato.
Then send to the frying machine.
The frying machine equiped with 3m³ oil tank and high temperature oil pump,
convenient to put the oil into the oil tank when cleaning.
4.Blow leaching oil and mixing
Introduction: blow leaching oil--arrange material --mixing-convey
