Moulds require ments:1). High accuracy requirement to the moulds, so as to set a 1mm line groove for depositing. 2). Clear layers, regular concave-convex, this makes the interface clearly between white and dark colors, delicate structure.
Advantages of making chocolate panda:1. Simple colors: only white and dark colors, and these colors are all the basic chocolate ingredients.2. Mellow lines: the profile lines is very simple and mellow because of the panda shape, this is very fit to make a cartoon product, and make process easier.
Difficulties:The same as other cartoon figures, the eye of the panda is the finishing point, multi-layered eyes will make the panda looks very clever and vivid.But the complicated structure of eyes is the difficulties of making panda. Like the following pictures, here needs to outline the eyes using a very slim line (1mm), this has a very high accuracy requirement to the machine.
