Ingredients : Vegetable Oil, Bean Sauce, Red Pepper, MSG, Salt,

Cooking Wine, Sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Spices.

Cooking direction:

1. Cut about 0.5kg bean curd into 1cm lumps, it is ready for use

2. Pour 0.5kg water (better just cover the beef and mutton lumps) into pot heat it until boiled, and then put the seasoning and bean curd. Heat it until the bean curd done.

4. Add some coriander and shallot, and you can serve it.
