Haorenjia Stewed beef & mutton concentrated condiment is a special popular Sichuan cuisine and made based on our rich experience in Sichuan cuisine.It is made by us to make customers taste genuine Sichuan flavor. It tastes spicy, fresh, not dry and not oily, making you taste essence of Sichuan flavor.

Ingredients : Vegetable Oil, Bean Sauce, Red Pepper, MSG, Salt,

Cooking Wine, Sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Spices.

Cooking direction:

1. Clean and cut about 1kg beef or mutton into 2cm lumps,  and cooked a while in boiled water, then take it our for use

2. Pour 150g prepared vegetable oil and heat it to be boiled, put the seasoning and the prepared beef and mutton into the oil and fry it for one minutes

3. Pour about 0.7kg water or bone soup(better just cover the beef and mutton lumps) into the pot heat it until done.

4. Add some coriander and shallot, and you can serve it.
