Spicy fish flavoring is a kind of special Sichuan flavor loved by customers for many years. Concentrated seasoning of spicy fish made by us is spicy, fresh but not dry and oily; and it can stimulate the appetite, therefore, it is good condiment for family, party and restaurant, as well as for entertaining guests.

Ingredients: Vegetable Oil, Soybean, Paste, Salt, Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Fermented Glutinous Rice, Fresh Essence, Suger, Fermented Soybean, Ash Prickly, Ferment

Cooking direction:

1. Clean and cut about 1kg fish into slices or lumps, mixed well with the fish salting flavoring and starch, it is ready to use in 20 minutes.

2. Put the 150g prepared vegetable oil and cook to be done, then add one bag of the seasoning, fry it for two minutes. Pour about 0.7kg water or bone soup(better just cover the fish slices) and add the prepared fish slices or lumps

3. Cook till it boils, sprinkle the shallot on it (the amount of the shallot according to your favor) and you can serve it.
