Our wholeselling lamb meat is slaughtered from lambs which are fed up in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia grassland. The lambs’ ages are all within 12 months. All of the lambs are inspected by veterinarian before slaughtered and all slaughtered by Islamic way. Before processing and packing, all of our meat is pre-cooled for 72 hours. Our mutton is delicate, with fat but not greasy. It’s easy to be cooked in the hot pot, but not over cooked in longer time. It’s the true healthy food.
