Our factory has 8000mt,3150 Mt hydraulic press, the max forging weight is 100 Mt, and advanced processing machines. We can supply final machined wind turbine shafts.
We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.
All ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnaces. We can choose ESR raw material according to customers' requirements.
