1. The structure
XFLQ series Suction Separator, winnowing device, is especially designed for the food processing industry. The device is mainly made up by a fill hole, wind network, inverted cone, distribution umbrella, dust collection hopper, grain collection hopper, air pipe, inspection door and framework.
2. Operation process
Grain flows into the device from the fill hole, and then passes the inverted cone, distribution umbrella, finally falls in the uniform distribution. And the air, running from the network into the vertical airline, meets grain current in the adverse direction. Grain falls in the grain collection hopper by its own weight, and the air with dust and light impurities passes the circle airline and runs into the dust collection hopper and then is sucked into air pipe.

The suction separator is a simple structure with little resistance. In addition, the upper and lower-adjusting device is equipped on the inverted cone and the distribution umbrella. It is convenient for user to adjust the capacity according to grain types. So it can ensure the grain running with the uniform distribution around the circle airline and meeting the wind adequately to achieve a better effect of separation.
2. Application Scope
Suction separator is applied to the grain with light impurities and more dust, which must have good liquidity. And it is better to use separate air network.
