Horizontal decanter centrifuge with advantage of bigger length diameter ratio, high rotation speed & lower energy consumption is designed & manufactured basing on characteristics of solids and fluids. It mainly separate, dewater,clarify & condense material. Such industries like environment protection, food & chemicals can use our products, especially treating for city waste water, drinking water, trade waste sewage, wheat starch, distillers’ grain, and pulp & clay slurry. As an equipment using settling principal for separating ,defecating, dehydrating and condensing various suspension with solid matter easily lost and material difficult for separating with equivalent diameter of solid grain≥3μm, MLSS≤10% or volume concentration ≤70%,density contrast of solid & liquid ≥≥0.05g/cm3.Structure principal After separated dispersion medium enters the feeding bin of scroll pusher via center feeding pipe (inlet pipe), it enters rotary drum through the feeding hole in scroll after speeding. Dispersion medium in rotary drum will be separated two layers under centrifugal force: Heavy solid phase sediment will form the sediment layer in inner wall of rotary drum; Light solid phase will form internal ring separation liquid layer .The sediment will be threw off the rotary drum via slag notch in small end of rotary drum after further dewatering in cone area. Clarified liquor flow out from liquid out from fluid flow hole.
