1,Brief introduction of product
his product is ideal signal source to analyze vibration displacement, vibration acceleration and failure. It is produced by using indium antimonide thin film magnetic resistance developed independently by our company as the sensing element, being equipped with amplifier shaping circuit and encapsulated in metal housing. Output signal is quasi-sine wave alternating voltage signal.
2,Working principle
The sensor is secured on measured vibrating body. When the vibrating body vibrates in the measuring direction that the sensor is sensitive to, vibration magnet steel inside the sensor vibrates forcedly accordingly. The magneto sensor installed beside the vibration magnet steel can induce changes of magnetic field caused by vibration of magnetic steel and produce one alternating voltage signal. After this signal is amplified through the circuit processing, alternating voltage signal corresponding to measured vibration parameters (frequency and amplitude) is output.

Small volume, wide frequency response, simple operation, high resolution, high sensitivity and long lifetime

Because output signal of this product is approximately directly proportional to vibration acceleration of vibrating body, this product can only be used for qualitative measurement and judgment of vibration strength and cannot accurately quantificationally measure the amplitude and velocity of vibration etc. Typical application of product is excessive vibration alarm.
