Features
CT-S infrared temperature testers are integrated. Sensors, optical systems and electronic circuit cluster in the stainless shells; it is easy for installation, the standard screw on the stainless steel shells can be quickly connected with the parts installed. In addition, it also has different models of selected parts (e.g. blow protective housings, 90-degree adjustable installation supports, 3-dimension adjustable installation supports, special purpose digital control instruments, etc) to meet different requirements.

Installation distance and measuring size
The precision optical lens and optical focus design make optical diameter of the temperature testers within 100mm away as 13mm, and then the optical spot sizes will become greater with the change in the distance, e.g. the optical spot diameter at 1.2m away is 80mm. ratio of the temperature tester to the size of the optical size is also called optical resolution. The optical resolution of CT-S is 15:1, and the corresponding optical spot sizes can be calculated by the ratio as 15:1 of the distance to optical spot sizes.

Setting CT-S sensor launch rates
As the tested materials are different in quality, their launch rates are also different, usually by 0-1. For most of the applications, the launch rate of the infrared sensor is fixed at 0.95, but as the tested materials are different, there must be some errors, and after the coordination with the application of the specific controllers, the communication between the instruments and sensors can modify the launch rates on line so that the measuring accuracy will be improved.
