2ZPYH-530 Series rice potted-seedling transplanter is the key support item of national "Eleventh Five-Year" project. The machine is a high-tech patented product developed by China Agricultural University, which successful simulated artificial intelligence. The series currently has two models: 2ZPY-H530 and 2ZPY-GH530.
The series of grid-like cylindrical drum seedling input device (Patent No.: 94211915.0), single roll clip pull up seedlings device (Patent No.: 002,458,381.1) and anti-backwater pallet (patent number: 98206182.X), achieve automatic allocation of seedlings and rice seedling transplanting in row, ensured accurate spacing, line spacing, solved the current existing problem of the unequal density in seedling transplant by manual work or machinery, which make it convenient for later period rice control. Application of anti-backwater pallet solve the conventional problems that regular pellet obstruct backwater mud to the sides, ensured the operational quality. The machine not only have the advantages of transplant seedling and transplant lightly without turning green stage, lots of sub-section, but also ensure an orderly rice seedlings work, which implied the advancement of our cultivation techniques. These advantages ensure the machine yield more products and save costs. The machine is indeed the most advanced rice cultivation equipment at present. The equipment is simple and easy to operate, and do not damage seedlings and trays. The machine is reliable, with high efficiency and quality, which can be used without limitation of geographical and climatic conditions, suitable to promote in the country areas that do seedling transplant. Promotion of the machine could have great significant meanings in improving the level of mechanization of rice cultivation in China and promote rice production in china.
