Flexible graphite roll, is made from natural high-purity flake graphite with chemical and heat treatments, molding rolled into, without any binder. Under the harsh working conditions with excellent sealing performance, long service life and low maintenance cost.
Properties: With high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, good corrosion resistance to a variety of media, self-lubricating, low coefficient of friction and and special flexibility and elasticity.
Usages: For producing packing ring, graphite strip, sealing gasket, composite plates, cylinder pad, pasted on various metal surface. Widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemicals, instruments, machinery and other industries machines, tubes, pumps, valve seals and static seals, is the replacement of rubber, fluorine plastic, asbestos and other traditional seal of the new seal sealing material.
