Poultry Shears are used extensively in restaurant kitchens to both cut whole poultry into individual pieces and to trim parts of the bird to the correct shape for a recipe.

They are a quicker and safer alternative to using a knife or cleaver.

Our Poultry Shears have heavy duty stainless steel blades, which easily cut through bones and joints and the shapes of the handles and blades make them very easy to manoeuvre.

Our Poultry Shears have heavy duty stainless steel blades, which are able to cut through cartilage, meat and skin and separate joints easily.

Each blade is shaped to help manoeuvre around awkward places and is serrated for positive cutting. The moulded loop handle ensures a safer and more comfortable grip and the other handle is non-stick soft grip.

 

A spring loaded handle lock keeps the blades closed for safe storage.
