1 THE FUNCTION AND THE FEATURE
This saw unit is designed for the cutting of the V-shaped molded floors featuring high efficiency and high cutting accuracy. It is an idea saw unit for the manufacturers of V-shaped floors. Imported high accurate rectangular linear rails are adapted for sake of the accuracy of floor cutting and poisoning. Integral machine bed is used. The rail surfaces are machined in one process step. The blades are assembled on different shafts. Swallow-tailed sliding beds are used to make the operation easier. Only two operators are needed for the operation.
