FUNCTION: 

This machine is specially used to cut, drill and mill corner part of U-shape door frame. It automatically cuts the two ends of door frame in an angle of  45°/90°. Meanwhile, it automatically drills & mills the installation position of hardware fasteners. With three CNC spindles, it ensures angle precise without no broken edge.

 Feature:

1.automatic measure the distance between the two saw blade according to the length of the door pocket.

2.the machine can cut the two ends of door pocket and then drill  pin hole at one working cycle, easy operation and high efficiency.

Process:

Door pocket is the outer cover of door frame. Door pocket contains three parts: the top and two sides. Door pocket cutting machine is to cut the door pocket into required angle and length, which will save labor cost and make the work done efficiently. To install the door pocket together, you need to drill holes at the connecting part and use tenon to connect them. Thus after cutting the door pocket, the machine will start drilling holes at the connecting part. The rest work for worker is to use tenon to make the door pocket into one piece and install it on door frame.
