1.Spiral Classfier Description
Spiral Separator comes from the theory that granules with different dimensions and specific weights will sink in water at different speeds, fine mine granules float around in water or overflow, rough mine granules sink down to the bottom, so in this way the mechanical separation can be achieved. It can be separated and filtered materials grinded in a ball mill, the rough materials will be discharged through the spiral to feed opening of the ball mill, and the fine materials will be discharged from overflow pipe, it is widely applied for separating mine sands for closed circuit circulation formed by concentrating mill and ball mill, as well as for desliming and dehydrating during mine washing works.
