MAIN FEATURES

·The is an extra strong produce with a speed reducer of   7.5kw,whose gear wheel teeth is casehardened and ground,   main shaft is made from O.D.110 mm 20 mm thick seamless   stainless steel tube, topmiddle and bottom scrapers and   their hubs are double reinforced, all bolts and nuts are   locked with self-locking washers.
·The shell of the chamber is made from stainless steel
  plate 14 mm thick. The shell flanges have centering male
  and female sealing structure, that guarantees the out-
  of-  concentricity below 0.2 mm and out-of-ovalness below
  0.2 mm for the shell sections, that are precision mach-
  ined, ground and polished to mirror, after assembled   together.
·This vacuum spray chamber is suitable for 3,000 to 6,000   kg/h vacuum drying line for toilet soap or translucent
  soap.
·The design of Type 400 Spray Jet is a knowhow that has   subjected to over hundred trials. That jets guarantees   stability of spray pressure and soap drying qua;ity.
·All parts in contact with soap are in stain less steel
