Sand making plant working principle:
First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into the elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder, then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to vertical shaft impact crusher for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated according to its size by the vibrating screen. The products not matching needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crushing. finally the sands will be washed by sand washing machine.
Sand making plant features:
The whole production Line is highly automatic and the sizes of the finished products are even, good-shaped and can be adjustable, with high crushing ratio, highly process capacity, low power consumption, It is suitable for any type of crushing station, such as for road and bridge construction.
