1.NBR compound is a butadiene-acrylonitrile blend made by low temperature emulsion polymerization technique,with low temperature emulsion polymerization technique on producting,it has excellent resistance to oil ,heat and abrasion,and also good adhesion.
2.NBR compound doesn't resist low temperature and ozone,its electric properties and elasticity are not very well,so commonly it is used for oil-resistant products,such as oil pipe ,rubber belt ,rubber diaphragm and big oil sac,it also apply to making oil resistant moulds,such as O-Ring,Oil-Seal,cup-type seal,membrane ,valve and corrugated tubes,moreover it perform well when make application for rubber sheet and wear resistant parts.After adding Chemicals like curing agent and accelerator into our NBR compound,it can be direct use to make mound products.
