Structure Characteristics
1.This machine is mainly by frame, base, before and after rollers, transmission gear, deceleration machine, from the device, lubrication device and emergency brake, heating and cooling equipment etc.
2.The rollers are the machine's main parts and made by cold hard alloy cast iron. Its working surface hardness is HS68-75 and the surface is worked by grinding processing, so it has the high hardness and wear resistance. There is a cooling pipe in the rollers, through the pipe, cooling water or steam can flow into the sewer pipes from the down tube mouth, to adjust the surface temperature of rollers and meet the technological requirements.
3.Front roller has hand wheel or notch wrench type adjusting device to adjust the distance between the two rollers, so the operation is effortless and convenience, and the style is generous and beautiful.
4.Roller bearing is using MC nylon bearing, with ZFG3, ZFG4 calcium complex grease, or roller bearing is using ZQSn10-1 phosphor bronze bushing, with dilute oil lubrication
5.In order to prevent the adhesive from the roller ends into the roller bearing, block rubber boards are provided on both ends, they can be axially movable to adjust the mixing or even plastic working face length.
6.Transmission gear are closed protective cover, machine and back brake device, when an emergency, pull the safety rod, can immediately brake, safe and reliable, the roll inertia is less than 1 / 4 weeks.
