Brief introduction of Tire Pyrolysis Plant
1. Power: 62kw/hour in total (but it is not every device start at the same time).
2. Cooling circuit water:50m3/hour (the water can be recirculated and the more the water flow, the better the cooling down)
3. Coal for heating: 30KG coal for processing one ton tyre for average.
4. Space for machine: 10m*30m*10m (width*length*height) (the smallest space)
5. Workers shift: 4 to 6 workers which can be divided by two groups

Safety:
1. With auto welding machine for the machine, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the welding quality.
2. Specific operating tech to deal with all the bug during the production (free for our customers).
Energy saving:
1. Well sealing for heating system and specific operating tech to heating which can improve the output rate by 5%.
2. The exhaust gas will be recycled for reactor heating, this system will enable you don't need to add fuel after there is gas vapour generated during the production of tire pyrolysis machine.
After service for the tyre pyrolysis Plant:
1. Delivery time- It will be 25 working days after we receive the deposit.
2. Installation and Training-Our company will send one technician for each set of machine for guiding your installation, testing the machine and training your workers. The installation period shall be one month; otherwise, you have to pay extra salary for the technician with the price of RMB400.00 per day (equals USD61.00 per day). And the round tickets and accommodation shall be taken by customer.
