Our waste tyre/plastic recycling machine have three links:
1. feeding the raw materails by using auto-feeding machine. the auto feeder can push large plastics and qhole tyres in the reactor by using hydraulic pressure as power which has 60 tons push power, the process is very stable and convenient. thus can achieve continuous producting.
2. the whole tyre and plastics will be heating in the pyrolysis processing. the materials of reactor is Q245R boiler steel, which has the features of high pressure resistant. the thichness is 16mm. can bear 20-25Pa pressure.
3. you will get oil and accessory like carbon black, steel wire.( the price of carbon black in our country is 400-500 RMB/ton, when make further processing, the price will be reach to 4000 RMB/ton
Raw materials can be used:
1. Waste/Used rubber tire
2. Waste industrial mixed plastics, and allow multi-kind flotsams exist at the same time, but PET is an exception.
3. Waste oil: For instance : waste diesel oil, engine oil, and other residue oil.
4. Waste cable skin (first dechlorination treatment will be suggested) .
5. Waste crude oil and so on.
6. Regeneration of waste PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate).
The information about outputs:
Fuel oil: Oil from this machine can be used as industrial fuel for burning.
Carbon black: Carbon black from this machine is crude. You can sell it to the brick factory as internal combustion or to the factory which need it as raw materials, such as shoe, tire, cable and sealant companies.
Steel wire: It can be sold to the iron and steel company directly.
Gas: It can return to the reactor to burn as fuel
The extracting rates are as follow:
crude Oil: 45%-50%
carbon black: 30 %
Steel: 15 %
Gas: 10%
