Environmental protection
1, Waste gas : It will produce some waste gas which can not be liquefied. The main parts are C1 TO C4. They can be fully burning as th waste tire/plastic pyrolysis ey flow through the water block and gas nozzle. This not only eliminates pollution but saves large quantity of fuels. For smoke dust discharge , we apply the intensive ZTC series of desulfurization and deduser which could control the smoke dust discharge amount to meet relative standards of GB 13271-2001.
2,Waste liquid: in the process of oil refning, it profuces some waste acidic water(50kgs per process from 1 ton of oil,small quantity, easy to dispose),counteracting the liquid by adding some alkali liquor to meet the emission standard. After three-level filtration, the neutral waste water is discharged into the evaporator. This is a specialised watse water processor which is selected by customers.
Safety:
1)Auto welding machine for the reactor, which can improve the working efficiency and guarantee the quality of welding lines, avoid explosion.
2)Professional testing for the reactor before sending from factory,which can guarantee the safety of the plant.
3)Our plant includes professional thermometer, pressure guage and safety valve to make sure the safett.
4) We have special design for dealing with exhaust gas(C1 TO C4),during our process , it is safety burned though the special designed device .
