Pyrolysis Plant to Oil Production Line 

Developed for many years, we've developed a new generation of automatic waste tire/plastic pyrolysis plant to oil production line. Select high-quality Q245R boiler steel materials, the features are elegant design, simple operation, long life, high-yield, huge profit.

The pyrolysis plant oil production line is continuous production line, the annual process capacity of 1825 tons -3650 tons. 

1. Using 245R boiler steel and the thickness is16mm. (The thickness would be adjusted according the requirements of the customers). The main engine uses horizontal-type of 360ostructure-0.4r/min.

2. Gas separator & Depositing tank, depart the heavy oil and impurities from the oil gas to purify the oil.

3. We have three systems of cooling: the first is cooling pipe, which can make oil gas temperature 80C; the second system is four condensers, which can make you get most all oil; and the third one is a condenser, through the last one condenser, you can get all oil. So the best and easy way is increase the area of condense and which make the biggest yield rate.

4. Dedusting system: It is double dedusting system, it is water vapor from the chimney, there is no pollution to the air.

5. Waste gas recycling system: In the process of refining oil, when the gas is heated up to 150, it will produce a large amount of gas-CH4& C4H10 , which cannot convert to liquid at normal temperature and normal pressure. However, these gases can be used as fuel, which is not only environment protection but also energy conservation.

6. Carbon black recycle system: screw conveyer.

Application: 

The pyrolysis plant to oil can be used by you, no matter you are small/big company or personal factory.

The fuel oil can be sold to oil station, also can be used as fuel to heat furnance etc in your own factory.

The carbon black can be sold into tyre manufacture factory directly; also can be further processed into carbon pellet if you have enough budget.

Working principal:

1. Heating the reactor, the waste tire/plastic/rubber will be pyrolysised into oil gas.

2. The oil gas will be departed the heavy oil and impurities by the gas separator & depositing tank to get more purify oil gas.

3. The purify oil gas will be cooled by the cooling system: cooling pipe, condensers, and condenser, to get the most oil in liquid.

4. Through the double dedusting system, there is no pollution to the air.
