The charging unit adopts automatic temperature controller with heating oil cycling to maintain better fluidity of material and normal viscosity.

The injection unit uses a hydraulic direct drive in 3 stages of pressure and 4 stages of flow.The material can be forced directly.And the features are high speed,high stability and extended applications for varied hardness of materials,that supply different injection parameter setting for different mold cavitiy shape and different products.The shot volume through linear motion can have a very distenct output making it suitable for mass production.
