Technology introduction1, scrap is melt by Intermediate frequency furnace,then flows into continuous casting machine become 120×120×1500mm billet.
2,Bridge crane hangs the billet to platform,then pusher push the billet into heating furnace for heating in 1150-1250°C,finally pullout machine pull the hot billet to Furnace delivery table.
3,Hot billet is roll byΦ400×1rough rolling mill with 5 tracks,then is cutted by the hot shear for discarding the irregular parts and low centigrade parts,finally steel is into Φ350×4 medium rolling unit,Φ280×4 finishing rolling group123become Φ8-Φ16 rebar.
4,hot rebars cool by walking beam cooler,then is cutted by cut-to-length shear,finally collet ,pack,weight,and stock .
