The fine emboss and brozing plate is specially used in fine pattern, and produces finer and clearer line(precision can be up to0.02MM for the pattern )compared with traditional plate. With more strict quality control,the error is about 0.01mm generally.
We merge the art of the emboss and the bronzing on the bronzing emboss plate. The advantage of the plate is that you can do bronzing and emboss job at one time, thus not only saving the labour and time of the working for printing enterprise, but also solving the problem of the bronzing and beaten-phototype, and bringing your product more artistic effect. It has the son-plate: the flat bronzing emboss plate(the part of the bronzing is only at the round of your product ), the cambered surface flat bronzing(the bronzing is on one cambered surface), and the line bronzing emboss(the line on the product can give you the different visual effect).
