This equipment adopts dry corn peeling degerming technology, the scytoblastema threshed rate can reach 90%.

This device can also produce 4 kinds of different thickness levels of corn ggrain ( grits) and 1 kind of refined corn starch ( delicate taste, pure, fineness can reach 40-80meshes), corn germ, corn husk and other products. The energy consumption of this equipment is very low, the install power is about 35kw, has high degree of automation, reliable and comvenient operation. The output is 500kg/h, the rate of finished products can reach 80-85%.

Technological process:

After cleaning sieve to remove impurities, corn into embellish water hoist, in water embellish water hoist, corn skin moist after soaking, then into the storage box, and then enter into the peeling broken embryo machine, after that, corn into the germ extraction machine through cone screen separate the germ and skin, the peeled and degerminated corn grain into grinder through cone screen then into classifying screen to be divided into 4 different thickness of the particles, then outflow from discharge hole of catch glassware. ( total 5 kinds)
