How to stick it on clothes by heat iron:
1) Remove the back paper
2) Place the iron-on onto the garment, press with an iron or heat presser at a temperature 120-140 degree for 10-15 seconds.
3) For the best results place a white paper front and back of the garment to prevent it from sticking together.
4) Allow the garment to cool for 10 minutes, then slowly remove the plastic film from the garments
