Multi Functional Wiping Technologyis a steel wire wiping method which combines the effects of hot inert gas and a magnetic field to wipe excess zinc from the surface of the wire without contact with the wire.
The required coating weight is achieved by control of the temperature and flow of the inert gas, the intensity of the magnetic field and the speed of travel of the wire.

2.The normal wire diameter range is 1.5-7mm. For diameters outside this range equipment is designed to meet customer’s requirements.
3.Power consumption is in the range10~50 Kw —lower coating weighs and more wires, increases the power consumption.
4.Nitrogen consumption is 1~3 m3/h of 99.99% purity nitrogen gas.
5.Dimension of the electromagnetic/hot gas chamber allow the equipment to be mounted on the existing zinc bath
6.The system is comprised of a power supply and magnetic field generator, electrical controls, nitrogen heating and flow control, wiping box, water cooling and nitrogen generator.
7.The customer supplies
1.An acid proof, air conditioned and dust proof room for the electronic equipment
