This is a remote control system, which is operated between operating and controlled equipment through media of wireless electric wave in various industrial environment.
System Composing
It is composed of operating equipment(remote control emitter) and controlled equipment process center(remote control receiver). The signals of various orders that need to perfrom is transferred into wireless electric wave through remote control emitter, and the receiver makes corresponding control action to the controlled equipment after receiving the order.

KD series industrial wireless remote control system adopts high-performance and high-integration level CPU as master control unit, which controls performance of various order by edited digital code. The code does communication through high-frequency unit,which doesnt produce wireless pollution to the external environment. The other elements uses high-precision SMD and high-reliability relay executor, ensuring the systems stability and powerful interference againt performance.

KD System Safety
1 Press the button for action and loosen for shutdown
During the system operation, the remote control emitter always keeps signal contact with the receiver, once the contact breaks off, the receiver will be immediate to shut down automatically. It needs to press Startbutton to restart, which ensures the safety.
2 Comfortable normal work, simple emergency treatment
When the system works in normal condiction, the position setting of each button is quite reasonable and human, making the operation quite comfortable. Meanwhile, there is a emergency stop button with autolocking function in the upper position of the emitter. So that,once emergency situation happens, people can press this button directly(the button keeps push-down state), and the receiver will shut down the master power immediately. When theemergency stopbutton is pushed down, then other buttons operation is noneffective, and they could work only after loosening theemergency stopbutton.
3 Press the button for power on with automatic power off delay
When the system works, it only needs to press startbutton of the emitter, and then the system enters work condition immediately. The receiver will shut down master power of the system after setting time(factory setting time is 12mins) is over. For restart, it needs to press the startagain on emitter and recover systems normal work.
4 High-frequency Media, Stable Communication
The system adopts FM or UHF(VHF) mode as communication media, which is with powerful interference against performance. Meanwhile, it owns advantage of 360ºastatism. And multi-communication tunnel setting and independent encryption is convenient for multi-system use in the same time and same place without interference.
