Detailed Product Description

The series of products with different densities and thermal conductivity are produced using light weight materials such as porous clinker, ceramisite, floating particle, and vermiculite or perlite as main starting materials. They are featured with good insulating performance, high refractoriness and high strength. The series of products have been successfully used in insulating layer in lots of high temperature kilns such as petrochemical device, iron-making air tube, carbon black furnace, aluminum electrolysis cell and ferroalloy furnace.
