Water-free injection mix for BF
Detailed Product Description
The water-free injection mix is produced using resin as binder, corundum, bauxite and carbon as filler, adding other materials or additives. It is used for the hot repair of working layer of stack lower parts and belly.
The product has been successfully used in BF with different volumes of Baosteel, Anyang Steel, Nanjing Steel, Sanming Steel, Benxi Steel, and has achieved good service effect.
Mainly used to fill the gap between furnace shell and cooling stave, fill the gap among furnace bottom, furnace hearth sealed board and carbonaceous ramming mix to prolong the service life.
