Description:
Fused zirconia mullite is made by fusing certain percentage of high purity aluminum oxide and
zircon sand in electrical arc furnace. AZSL characters small coefficient of thermal expansion, high
strength, good thermal shock resistance and strong resistance to slag. It can well improve the
anti-corrosive ability of the refractory products and enhance refractories wear resistance.
Applications:
AZSL is used for making zirconia mullite refractory bricks, Al2O3-ZrO2-C sliding plate and long nozzle service for metallurgical industry. AZSL is also widely used in glass kiln and making castable reractories.
