Brown fused alumina calcined in higher temperature is a kind of brown fused alumina treated with high temperature. Through calcination, the foreing substances are vaporized or separated out of the abrasive, so the sruface of abrasive is more pure and rough, the pre-water performance and strength are raised greatly as the abrasive crackles that engendered when breaking can be closed after calcination. It is mainly used to manufacture high-speed intensity sand belts, top grade bonded abrasive tools, large scale sutting wheels and giant grinding wheels.

Applications:

As materials for Abrasives, for Grinding Wheels especially Vetrified Grinding Wheels.

Chemical Analysis:

Al2O3 >95%

SiO2 <1.5%

TiO2 1.5-3.2%

Fe2O3 <0.25

Available Sizes:

F12-F220, any other sizes are available as customer's request.

Packing 25 kgs or 50 kgs packed into three layers bags, or can be packed on request.
