Production Processing:
| Material: The material of tire reclaimed rubber is used & waste tire. | |
Scrap tire: Processed by scraping,crushing,vulcanizing,rubber powder is ready to be mixing. | |
Refining: In this step,Vulcanized rubber powder is mixed by open mill and refined again by rubber refiner. | |
Finished: After many times of refining,reclaimed rubber is finished,then weight it to 20kg per piece. | |
Test: After goods finished,cut 300g of rubber,do the test with other chemicals according to national standard. | |
Delivery: Only qualified rubber will be deliveried to customer`s warehouse,a test report will be attached together with this batch of goods. |
