This machine is designed as cross-positioning plate puncher, which amplifies 40 times of the cross mark on PS plate through CCD videos and displays on the screens above the puncher, fast move the coordinates according to the screen displays and calibrate the cross mark, then use the precision micro-adjust knobs to adjust the gradients of different directions in order to ensure the cross marks on each PS plate are calibrated.
Punched PS plates are much easier to adjust after installing on machines, which reduces the labor hardness and technical skillfulness, shortens adjustment time, decreases the trial printing cost.
