XBD vertical long axis fire pumps are single-suction, multi-stage guide vane pumps. They are developed using domestic and international advanced hydraulic model and advanced structural design concept to suit for the substations, oil depots, oil terminals, oil drilling platforms and other key fire preventing station for their lack of a large number of water supply, small size.They are with high efficiency,wide range application, safe and reliable operation, starting fast and so on. The pumps used to transport water and seawater with temperature below 55 °C.

1, using the hydraulic design software to optimize design, superior performance and take full account of the impeller and guide vane anti-abrasion properties, so that life spans of the impeller and guide vane and other parts are greatly improved; product is stable, safe, reliable, efficient energy saving.
2, entry with the filter, hole size appropriate, not only effectively prevent the large particles of impurities into the pump and damaging pumps, while minimizing the loss of entry and improve pump efficiency
3, balanced hole and balanced axial impeller, front and back of impeller cover are equipped with replaceable seal ring to protect the impeller and guide vane.
4, Pump rotor components include impeller, impeller shaft, intermediate shaft, upper shaft, couplings, nuts and other parts adjust.
5, The intermediate shaft pumps, pipes and protection tube are multi-sections and connected by thread coupling or sleeve coupling; Pipe quantity can be changed according to user needs, to adapt to different liquid depths. Impeller and guide vane can be a single-stage, multi-stage adapting to different lift requirements.
6, single shaft length is reasonable, adequate stiffness.
7, Ascending pipes are connected by flange, and there are guide bearing between adjacent ascending pipes. Guide bearing are installed on the guide bearing body and the guide vane , in the material of Teflon or sairong, or nitrile rubber. Protection tubes are used for the protection of the shaft and guide bearing, when transport water the protection tube can be not applied and guide bearing does not need external cooling lubrication; when transfer sewage, the protection tube must be installed , and guide bearing must need external cooling lubrication (pump with self closing sealing systems, when pumps stop, the self-sealing system can prevent sewage into the closed guide bearing).
8, Pump residual axial force and rotor parts weight can be beared by the thrust bearing in motor or the motor bearings. Thrust bearings use grease lubrication (also known as dry oil lubrication) or oil lubrication (also known as thin oil lubrication)
9, Pump seal shaft is packing sealed, seal bearing and guide bearing was equipped with a removable sleeve to protect the shaft.Position of impeller axial is conveniently adjusted by thrust bearing parts at the upper position or nut in pump coupling.
10, Pump outlet diameter φ100 and φ150 vertical mixed flow pump are only used to transport fresh water at room temperature, without protection tubes, guide bearing without external lubrication liquid; if users need protection tubes, our company can also provide technology solutions.
