The series KWP pump is equipped with 4 kinds of impeller for selection:
K Impeller: Enclosed non-clogging impeller, which is suitable to transport the clear water, sewage water and fluid containing no binding and tangling materials.
N Impeller: Enclosed multi-vane impeller, which is suitable to transport the clear water and fluid containing the slight suspension such as treated sewage, screened water, pulp water, and sugar juice and so on.
O Impeller: Open impeller, which can be applied as N Impeller, but it can transport fluid containing air.
F Impeller: Free flow impeller, which is suitable to transport the fluid containing the coarse solids, air, or binding or tangling materials.
Features:
1. KWP Series pump is of single-stage, centrifugal pump which is specially used for the city water supply, the sewage treatment, chemical process, iron and paper making for water supply plants, sewage treatment works, breweries, mines and construction industries and so on.
2. This series pump has features of high efficiency, non-clogging and back pull out structure which can allow the rotor to be remove from the pump casing without disturbing the piping or dismantling the casing.
3. Two kinds of seals can be used for the shaft seal of this series pump:
Gland Seal: two kinds of design: standard and high-temperature. When the temperature is higher than 90, the high-temperature should be used which has a stuffing box that can be cooled in order to suitable for the transporting duty in high temperature.
