Summary

    LJYA series vertical cantilever centrifugal pump is a product manufactured by our company, which combined advanced technology from abroad and home, applys to transmit corrosive abrasive liquid with solid particle content below 35% and diameter less than 2mm under the temperature between 0~105°C. It is especially suitable to transmit phosphoric acid, ammonium phosphate, ect. in the field of phosphatic fertilizer industry.

    According to the difference of transmission medium,the material of flow parts such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, J-1 alloy, CD4Mcu, ect. can be chosed by users.

Structure instruction

    LJYA series phosphoric acid slurry pump is mainly consisted by pump body, pump cover, impeller, column pipe, outlet pipe, shaft, bearing seat, base, ect..

    The suction inlet is along the direction of the axis, while the outlet is in parallel with the axis.

    The vertical mortor of the pump is fixed on the mortor frame by stud, and direcly drives with the pump via elastic coupling. Pump body, column pipe, outlet pipe and bearing seat are connected as a whole by bolt, and fixed on the base. The entire pump is installed on the container through base. In addition to spare parts contaced with transmission medium, the initiative parts of LJYA series phosphoric acid slurry pump, such as motor frame,pump bracket,base, ect.are all adopted cast iron for production.

    LJYA series phosphoric acid slurry pump adoptd three imported bearings with long cantilever and no lower jacket. The impeller is in semi-open type, so the pump enjoys many advantages such as non leakage, stable operation,ect.
