CQF fluoroplastic magnetic-driving centrifugal pump is a new type of fluoroplastics lined magnetic-driving centrifugal pump, in line with ISO2858 standards. Material of overflow components are plastic lined, fully sealed, and non-leakage, and can be applied into fields such as petrochemical, metallurgy.
Design features:
1. Fully Sealed, non-leakage, non-polluting
2. In line with ISO2858 standards and can be easily replace IHF chemical pumps
3. The processing liquids can lubricate drive parts actively, additional piping system is unnecessary.
4. Only 12 joint washer is needed in the whole pump, guaranteeing the optium safety.
5. It can be connected by direct electrical coupling or by coupling joint. Direct electrical coupling can save cost and space, with characteristics of high transmission efficiency, easy installtion, no calibration concentricity.
6. Flow passage components lined with fluorine plastic, especially PFA to minimize pollutants in precipitation, it is very suitable for transmission of high-purity chemical liquid.
7. With a common standard pipe interface.
8. With the pumps body of carbon steel or ductile iron, to increase of the pump mechanical strength and durability.
9. With Carbon fiber reinforced soundproof, to both eliminate the eddy current losses, and gained enough strength.
