Puer fremented loose tea is a tea made of Shaiqinmao tea leaves of Yunnan big leaves species treated by fermenting process. Cooked tea has a brown-red color, a soft flavor and a special fragrance. Because the soft tea performances of cooked Pu’er tea, so it has a good health care function, therefore, it is popular in the public.

Methods of brewing(1) After rinsing the tea with hot water for the first time, the second time is ready to be consumed. Infuse the tea with boiling water, steep it for 15 seconds and then it is ready to be consumed. However the timing is based on individual taste, either thick or thin.
(2) The second and third brewing time can be combine together to avoid being too thick.
(3) After the fourth brewing time, following time add another 15 seconds (timing is also based on individual taste).
