Main Usage

The presintered resin is suitable for continuously extruding of all type, pushing and pressing PTFE rod, tube and special shape.

Packing, Storage, and Transportation

1. PTFE is packed in double layer PVC bags inside and in hard circular barrels outside. On the barrel, there should be attached label and quality certificate, on which there are brand, reademark, executive criterion, type, grade, lot No., net content, pack date, checker and packager.

2. PTFE should be stored in clean dry warehouse to prevent from dust, moisture, etc impurity.

3. The products are transported according to transported according to non-dangerous goods. Heat, moisture, freezing and strong shhock should be avoided during transportation. Over-bumpiness and compression is apt to make the resin bind together.
