The CLP2600 is a Professional Mutli Band Compressor/Limiter performing a compression process on 3 different bands splitting the whole 20Hz-20kHz main band of each input channel.The CLP2600 is a powerful dynamic processor that can be used in dual channel, stereo or mono mode. The CLP2600 has been carefully designed to improve the overall signal dynamic performances with the 3 RMS compressor per channel and protect with the Peak Limiters the Loudspeakers from undesired Signal Peaks. The system is also performing a 5 band Eq, featuring Parametric OR Shelving filters, placed BEFORE the compression process and before the limiting one.The CLP2600 is computing the RMS value of each Sub-band splitting them a in audio band, then is performi ng the compression/limiting actions on the base of the independently set Attack/Release times. The Sub band filtering has been designed so to avoid the overhead or attenuation effect around the bands limit frequencies during the Compression process.The CLP2600 has 20 memories available, with 4 factory presets and 16 user memory presets.
The all Audio Processes running on the CLP2600, are MARANI proprietary algorithms, already well known in the PRO Audio Industry, and properly adapted for the new powerful DSP powering the board.Together with the all MARANI processes, the CLP2600 can be released with remote control Sw running on Pc and which features can be specified by the customer itself.
The CLP2600 can be easily remotely controlled by a RS485 connection, or by an USB port.
The CLP2600 is performing the following basic processes:1. Independent Channel Gain, Phase Control, Delay, Noise Gate and AGC each Input channel2. 5 Parametric OR Shelving filters (up to +15dB gain) and IV OrderHp/Lp filters locatable Before or After the compression process, each Output channel3. 3xRMS Compressors and 3x IV order Hp/Lp filters each Output channel4. Peak Limiter, delay and Mute each Output channel
