Auotmatic Central Impression Flexo Printing Machine is made up of Two Position Unwinder, Planetary 4 Color Printer, Hot Air Oven, Corona Device, Two Position Surface Friction Winder and Electric Control System, designed for printing on the surface of fabric such as plastic woven tarpaulin by roll to roll. This Line is well designed, easy for operation and works in advanced process and in hi-automation. It has the following features:1. With PLC and HMI2. Printing on one side with 4 colors3. Press uniformly, register accurately, letter and picture in focus4. Printing plate is adjustable online with motor.5. EPC unwinding, tension control with magnetic clutch brake6. Ink is circularly supplied by diaphragm pump. Fountain roller keeps running when the Line pauses.
